SHIPPING POLICY
Each piece is uniquely handmade and I take great care in packing and shipping.
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible from the date ordered.
Please allow 2-3 business days for packing and processing.
A tracking number will be provided through email once it is shipped. Check spam filters if not received.
Domestic Shipping to 50 United States
You will receive a shipping confirmation number after your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs depend on the amount of the order:
Orders Under $5: Free Shipping
Orders $5+: as of December 2021 $6.00 shipping will be charged
Prices on items reflect a packing fee of $5

Shipping to US Territories
Allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order.
Shipping costs are same as above.

International Shipping
Fairy Oaks Studio is not yet shipping internationally.

RETURN POLICY
From the day received according to the tracking number provided, you have three (3) calendar days to decided if the work will stay with you.
If you choose to return your order, contact Kimberly Long by email krlong541@gmail.com within those three (3) calendar days before shipping.
You, the buyer, have two (2) days from response to safely pack and ship.
You, the buyer, are responsible for all costs associated with packing and shipping.

If you do not notify Kimberly Long of your intent to return the work within three (3) days of receipt or you do not ship the work within two (2) days of notifying Kimberly Long, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
(Some exceptions will apply. Please contact for an assessment of your specific situation.)

How to Return Undamaged Work
Step 1: Contact Kimberly Long by email krlong541@gmail.com before shipping. Allow up to 48 hours for response or what is indicated by auto reply if not in the office. Timestamp of email is honored.
Step 2: Repackage work in original shipping materials. If shipping materials have been discarded, you, the buyer, are responsible for purchasing materials suitable for safe shipping.

Step 3: Once the work has reached its destination, you will be notified by email and the amount owed will be refunded in the same currency as the original order (minus the original shipping costs) within 7-10 business days of your return and if work is recieved undamaged.

If the Work Arrives Damaged

Step 1: Within three (3) calendar days of your delivery date, please contact Kimberly Long by email krlong541@gmail.com to give your order information.
Step 2: Save original packaging!
Step 3: Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to krlong541@gmail.com within three (3) calendar days.
Step 4: You will be contacted by email to discuss next steps.

Payment is due at the time of the order.
